The Junior Girls' Basketball team is made up of both Years 9 and 10 students – mainly Year 9.

The girls had a great tournament, winning their first game by 84 to 34 against Rangiora New Life. As the tournament progressed, they had a number of losses, although some were very close, goal for goal at some stages of the game. The final game, once again against Rangiora New Life, was won 109 to 43. 

The tournament was a team building time for the girls and was enjoyed by all involved and they look forward to the tournament next year.
