From the Hospitality Department
Levels 2 & 3 Hospitality students catered for Ms Bidwell's farewell at the end of term 1.
In the photos attached:
- Jaz demonstrated good skills with her Mise en place, of radishes, cut Paysanne style, for the rare roast beef open complex sandwiches.
- Kiera had a perfect workstation set up and used the correct coloured chopping board, and techniques to prepare cooked chicken for the function.
- Lili & Alex assembled the rare roast beef sandwiches.
