The Level 1 Physical Education classes have been on two trips this term as part of their course.

Thistle Fit Fitness Studio

During this term the Level 1 Physical Education classes went on a trip to Thistle Fit in Ravenswood to attend a group fitness class. This class was made up of a series of stations with a work and rest period at each. The students found it great learning how to use new equipment such as assault bikes, battle ropes, rowing machines, medicine balls, etc.  It was great to see all students giving it their all and working up a sweat!

Mega Air Trampoline Park

During this term the Level 1 Physical Education classes were lucky enough to take a trip to Mega Air Trampoline Park. This trip was a part of their assessment, which involves participation in a range of physical activities. The students found it great to be able to show off some unique tumbling and flipping skills. It was also really good to see some of our students finally living out their dreams of being able to dunk a basketball.

It was great to see all students getting stuck in and giving it a go!
