On Wednesday 29th August, Artemis Hingston, Carli Wells , Kaylee McCracken, and Sam Scott competed in the Year 12 Mathematics competition hosted at Burnside High School.

We competed against numerous other teams at the tough competition. Talking to members of other teams was cool, and some guy in a trench coat and a fedora prowled amongst the audience. It was hard, and we only had twenty minutes to answer all our questions, but we enjoyed ourselves. Our team made it to finals and had a great time doing it. There was a lot of laughter and banter shared. Given the chance, we would all do it again. - Artemis Hingston
