I hope this newsletter finds you all in good health. As we approach the end of another eventful month, I would like to highlight a few noteworthy updates from our school.

As term 2 draws to a close, it is time to reflect on some amazing events that have put our kura and our community on both the national and international stage.

As part of the Year 12 Geography course, 49 students travelled to Mt Cook National Park.

Our winter sports are well underway and it is pleasing to see the improvement and enjoyment within KHS Sport.

Last week our Level 1 Physical Education classes visited Mega Air in Hornby as part of their Generation Z unit.

On Monday 19 June a number of senior Hospitality students took part in the annual Ara Food Competition.

On Thursday 22nd June a group of Year 13 students attended the Otago University campus at Christchurch Hospital.

In Year 11 Business Studies we have been working on creating a small business, with the end goal of selling a product.
