Level 2 Building

The Building course students have completed the construction of a shed for the P.E. department’s Outdoor Education equipment.
A site was selected and, after the removal of trees, students prepared a foundation, built and erected framing. The students also spent a morning at a local firm, Pre-cut Construction making the trusses for the building. Another local firm gave students valuable experience roofing and cladding. Students have spent the latter part of the year doing a specialty fit-out of the interior to meet the specifications of the Outdoor Education department. They should be proud of their efforts.
