Title: Kirsty Harris Inspires Young Hockey Enthusiasts with Special Skills Session + BIG DAY OUT!
Kirsty Harris, has been inspiring our school's budding athletes with a special hockey skills sessions, following the enjoyment and enthusiasm of our students at the recent Hockey Big Day Out event.
On the 20th of March, our students had a fantastic time at the Hockey Big Day Out. Kirsty Harris, a talented hockey player and a parent at our school, has generously offered to share her expertise with our students. Her willingness to invest time is very much appreciated by the staff and students.
We believe that this hands-on experience will inspire our young players and help them develop their skills and confidence on the field.
Our school, recognising we have had some very talented students at Hockey in the past and the growing interest in hockey among our students now, recently purchased a set of new hockey sticks and balls. We are excited to announce that we will continue to hold hockey practices throughout the next term, giving our students the opportunity to further develop their skills and passion for the game.
Thank you to our parents and staff who volunteered transport and Rachel Purcell, for organising the day making it a smooth and enjoyable event for all involved.
Watch this space, I am sure there are some budding stars in the making!
