Winter sports is about to get underway. Basketball and hockey begin next week and netball the week after.

This term we have 4 basketball teams, 2 netball teams, 1 hockey team and have joined with St Mary's School to create another hockey team. 

We still require more Year 5/6 basketball and hockey players to make up teams. Please let Mr Clarke or Miss Ward as soon as possible if you would be keen to play. 

A big thank you to parents and teachers who give up their time to coach, transport and manage these teams. We are truly grateful!

A big congratulations to the Kaikorai Sparks Flippa Ball team on winning the division 2 final in a tie breaker match in Term 1. Fabulous effort! Thank you to Ros for her amazing coaching!

Another congratulations goes to our swimming team who competed in the Otago Swimming Champs last term. It is an awesome achievement to qualify for this competition and compete against all the top swimmers in the Otago area. A special mention to Sophie Lloyd who placed 8th in the 50m Freestyle for her age group.
