Junior News
What an exciting few weeks we have had.
Last week was busy with Kaikville preparation and the market day. It was such an exciting week for all and a huge success. It was fantastic to see the children buzzing and really proud of their efforts.
This week has been another exciting week with our Book Week. Children have participated in buddy reading with other classes, had other teachers read to them, taken part in activities based on different authors and of course been involved in our 'Dress Up Day'. It has been really special to see our younger children spending time and getting to know the older children in the school.
Next Wednesday the 19 June, the Junior Syndicate are heading to Balmacewen Intermediate for the ‘Hooked on Science’ show. Earlier in the term children from Balmacewen visited us and asked us all about science. From this they have created their own show. We can’t wait to see it!! Thank you to everyone who has returned their permission form. If you have not already done so please can you return them as soon as possible.
On Friday the Super Squad said goodbye to Miss Bolger and Miss Bartlett for a few weeks. We are very lucky to have such wonderful student teachers and I know the children will miss having them each day. Miss Bolger and Miss Bartlett will be back in Term 3.
As always thanks for your continued support.
