Could you be the next Kaikorai Primary School Caretaker?

We are looking for a reliable and energetic person to join our school in this hands-on role.

You will perform your duties diligently and unsupervised, showing strong initiative and comfort within a school environment.

You will have a willingness to be flexible and proactively manage your own time to meet deadlines for the benefit of our staff, students and community.

Working collaboratively and taking pride in your work will be essential.


The role is will manage day-to-day property tasks and upkeep of the school buildings and grounds, ensuring they are of a high standard.


Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong communication skills and a people person
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Groundskeeping and building maintenance handyperson skills

Hours of work 7:30 am - 11 am, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

As a pre-requisite for this role, candidates must undertake a police clearance.
