FINAL FAIR NEWSLETTER!!!

This is our final newsletter after our amazing Fair last weekend!!! Thank you to everyone who came along and supported this wonderful day. There were so many happy faces despite the weather and we have had great feedback from our community about it. So thank you to everyone who contributed to this fair – what a great team we have at our school!!

GRAND TOTAL!

The finances have been calculated and the grand total we made from the Fair is… $29,800.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW – this is a huge result! We have blown our targets out the door so thank you all!!! It is just outstanding and our biggest result ever!!!!

These funds will go towards many amazing ‘extras’ we offer at our school. Extras such as; Education outside the classroom contributions, Chatbus, IT equipment for our classes, furniture items plus many many more things.

RAFFLE RESULTS!!

The raffle was drawn on Monday 31st October. Big congratulations to the following winners. We hope you enjoy your prizes.

Congrats: Vicki Campbell, Shona Cumming, Walker Greaves Family, Linda Patterson, P Sheriff, Tim Blackwood, Ross Wilson, Richard Hall, William Macdonald and Anthony Rowcroft.

THANK YOU!!

We have a lot of special people who have played a crucial part in our fair. Unfortunately we can’t mention everyone by name, but we appreciate everyone’s help with making this Fair a success, especially all the stallholders. What a great selection of food, activities and crafts we had, making the Fair appealing to everyone.

However Vicki Mitchell, Michelle Churchman, Alex Dodds, Paul Twemlow, Philippa Crick, Dora Yip and Scott Campbell have put in a huge number of hours gaining sponsorship, gathering incredible prizes, marketing our fair, organising the Chocolate wheel, Raffle and Silent Auction, so an enormous thanks must go to them!!

Also a big thank you goes out to Simon Clark, Sharon Fitzgerald, teachers and teacher aides for their support and hard work too.

Thank you once again to all our Sponsors listed below who have been very generous!! Our Fair would not have been so successful without their support.
