We were so impressed with the huge effort the children put in, in what were very hot conditions. This competition is a big step up with the best of the best from all over Otago competing. We are incredibly proud of their determination, sportsmanship and dedication .

With the fair fast approaching Room 7 and 9 are on the hunt for donations of pieces of cotton or calico fabric that people might have lying around - anything over 20cm is perfect. This will be used to make Beeswax wraps which we will sell.
