Congratulations to our Kaikorai children who took part in the Otago Polyfest last Tuesday evening.
This annual festival showscases Maori and Pasifika performances from early childhood, primary and secondary schools. Kaikorai shared an enthusiastic and polished performance. The children had a great sense of pride sharing their haka and waiata and did an outstanding job representing our school. A huge thank you to our whanau who supported the children at this special event.
The Otago Cross Country Champs was held last Friday. This year we had nine competitors representing Kaikorai.
We were so impressed with the huge effort the children put in, in what were very hot conditions. This competition is a big step up with the best of the best from all over Otago competing. We are incredibly proud of their determination, sportsmanship and dedication .
A big thank you to parents who helped transport and cheer on our children.
