Room1a's cinquain poems

In Room 1a we have been learning about poetry. One of the types of poems we have learned about is cinquain poems. A cinquain is a poem that can be about anything. It has a title about what your poem is about, it has 2 describing words, it has 3 words ending with -ing, it also has a small sentence and 1 last exciting word to describe and finish your poem. Your poem has to be shaped like a diamond. Each next word/sentence goes under what has just been said. The ones that we wrote were about food, these are in the pictures with this article.
