While our year 10 students enjoying their Puhoro STEMM activities here at school, our year 9 students enjoyed an amazing day at the Auckland Zoo.
As a part of this day they explored sustainability issues and how they impacted on specific animals and their natural habitats. Apart from delays at the Dome Valley it was a trouble free day with our students consistently demonstrating our school values.
The baby orangutan was the group favourite and was voted the cutest animal on display followed closely by the monkeys. Special thanks to parents, Kieran Lynn and William Fitzpatrick for their help on the day.
