Ben Burns will be travelling to Italy on a Your Education High School exchange for a semester departing on 5th September 2023.

During his time on the programme he will be a full-time high school student attending a local high school near his host family.

In addition to experiencing this new school system, exchange students must integrate into a completely different culture. This transition requires a great deal of maturity, intelligence and independence.

While on his exchange Ben will learn about the Italian culture, as well as being an ambassador for New Zealand.

We wish Ben all the best on this great experience, and know he will represent both New Zealand and Kamo High School well.
