During term 2 Year 10’s designed and wove Tukutuku panels.

In pairs they first had to design patterns (using algebra skills) select their colours and then chalk the designs onto their boards. Sitting opposite each other they used raffia to weave their panels. Great communication and problem solving skills and excellent teamwork.

They were very proud of their results.
