A word from the Principal - He kupu nā te Tumuaki
Mālō ‘etau lava, greetings all in this fabulous week in which we celebrate the Tongan language.
There has been a huge amount of planning being undertaken here for our upcoming Iwi Day. The Iwi Day was put into our calendar to provide students with an opportunity to build iwi spirit and get the students to interact with each other in different ways and spaces. Each of the Iwi Deans has developed and arranged their experiences of their respective Iwi to help support this overall kaupapa (goal/purpose).
Please find here some logistical information that parents may need as we head towards the Iwi Day which is on the 15th September 2023.
The Derived Grade Exams have commenced well for our students and I hope that they are learning valuable tips which will help them in the external examinations at the end of the year. These will still be continuing into next week until Wednesday so back to school seniors as normal next Thursday.
Mālō ‘aupito (Thank you)
