Delivery days are a good chance for a workout for our team with all the cartons that arrive from our suppliers having to be inspected for damage, checked for temperature control, and ticked off against the order/invoice. Once all of that is done the goods are labelled with the receiving date and loaded into the different fridges and freezers in our kitchen depending on where they are needed.

We receive our fresh produce in daily and our other goods twice per week. On Wednesday, which is our big delivery day the team will move approximately 5,000 kilograms worth of products!
