Year 13 comes to an end and you’re not sure where you’re headed next?

Fat Camel Café in Whangarei is offering a fantastic opportunity to enter the hospitality industry and set yourself up with a great job as you enter the workforce. We are looking to hire and train an enthusiastic individual as a Kitchen Hand / Grill Cook for an immediate start.

Given the fast approach of our busiest season of the year we need someone that will bring their A game to the job. You will need to be motivated, reliable and capable of listening and learning what our Chefs have to teach you, and have a happy and friendly personality. The ability to work steadily and remain calm under pressure is a necessary attribute for the successful applicant.

You would be working in a small and supportive team, and learning a great trade. This is a full time position with rostered hours, so you will need to be willing and flexible to work weekends or evenings when rostered. Reliable transport to get to work and back each day is a must.
