Season dates: Saturday 29th April - Saturday 9th September 2023 (Saturday games). Games are played at Cardinal McKeefry School (cnr Wilton and Albemarle Rd, opposite Ian Galloway Park).

Players from last year's season will have received an email inviting them to re-register using their unique link.

Registrations Close:

• Yr 7&8 players close at 5pm on Tuesday 28th February 2023
• Yr 2-6 players close at 5pm on Monday 6th March 2023.

Year 2-4 players will participate in the furtureFERNS skills development programme within year groups on a weekday afternoon and, in addition to this, the Y3 and Y4 players also play on Saturdays. Year 2 players participate in two Saturday festival game days in Term 3.

Year 5-6 players will be placed into teams of even ability to play in the 6-aside Wellington West netball competition.

Year 7-8 players will trial to play in the Wellington West Netball competition. Players will be placed in teams within their year group or in a mixed year group team (depending on registration numbers). It is preferable that all players trial and attend both afternoons, so selectors can assess their ability. Every registered player will be placed in a team.

Trials will be held on:

• Sunday 5th March 2023 at Karori Recreation Centre
  • Year 8s: 2-3:30pm (players to arrive at 1:45)
  • Year 7s: 3:30-5pm (players to arrive at 3:15)
• Sunday 12th March 2023 at Karori Recreation Centre
  • Year 8s: 2-3:30pm, (players to arrive at 1:45)
  • Year 7s: 3:30-5pm (players to arrive at 3:15)

Year 7 & 8 players will be sent more information about the trials beforehand.
