• Below slab services Block N completed.
• New mechanical underground heating pipe installation to Block N complete.
• Hardfill and sandblinding to Block N complete.
• Formwork for Block N slab in progress.
• Wall framing to Block 2 caretaker shed wall openings complete.
• Stormwater and wastewater drainage around Block 2 complete.
• Block N slab concrete pour scheduled for 15th march 2024.

Planned progress over next four weeks:

• Structural Steel Delivery and install.
  
• Lift shaft block work.
  
• New concrete nib and channel drain works to Block 2.
  
• External wall and roof framing to Block 2.
  
• Remaining demolition of Block 2 block wall.
  
• New roof for Block 2 caretakers shed.
