Progress over past period:

• Reinforcing and formwork for Block N foundation in progress.
• Service trenching from Block N to Block C and asphalt work complete.
• Demolition of Block 2 annex completed.
• Concrete footing for the retaining wall on GL-A completed and Blockwork commenced.
• New service trenching from Boiler room to Block 2 commenced.
• Lift shaft blockwork completed.
• Remediation of Block G temporary external wall completed.
• Additional excavation and backfilling suggested by Geotech engineer.
• Reinforcing and formwork for Block N foundation commenced.
• Water supply investigation for Block 2 completed and isolation valve installed.
• Class B asbestos removal complete.
• Service trenching from Block N to Block C commenced.

What’s next:

• Block N foundation works – DPM, formwork, reinforcing and concrete pour.
• Tanking to lift shaft blockwork.
• Below slab services installation.
• Develop and submit ARCP for Class A asbestos removal in Block 2.
• New mechanical, power and security to Block 2.
• New concrete nib and channel drain works to Block 2.
• External Framing to Block 2.
• Remaining demolition of Block 2 block wall.
• New sump and stormwater connection around Block 2.
• New roof framing for Block 2 caretakers shed.
