It is great to see the sun shining and hear the children buzzing outside about the cross country. Fantastic that we are able to hold our cross country today and that we will be celebrating Pink Shirt Day on Friday. Wonderful that we are able to get back to holding these schoolwide events again.

Pink Shirt Day 2022

This Friday 20 May is ‘Pink Shirt Day’. We are aiming to have the whole school; staff, children and possibly parents/caregivers wearing pink and getting involved. The aim of the day is to make it clear that at KNS we are an inclusive place, where diversity is celebrated, and all people feel safe, valued and respected. Please encourage your children to get involved, if they don’t own anything pink then bright colours will do. www.pinkshirtday.org.nz

The PTA are holding a working bee on Sunday 22 May, to help around the school with trimming, weeding, planting and much more, looking forward to a great turnout.
