Message from the Principal

Conrad Kelly —

Kia ora tātou

Yesterday we entered two teams in the Wellington Regional Lit Quiz. In total 56 schools took part and our two teams both did extremely well, one placing 3rd and the other 12th. Congratulations to all those who took part and a huge thank you to Mary Callister, our librarian, who prepared and coached both teams. More details in next week’s newsletter.

Next week our Artsplash Choir performs at the Michael Fowler Centre on Monday evening and our Dance Splash Group performs at the same venue on Wednesday evening. It’s been great to see over 200 of our tamariki, working hard in rehearsals. A huge thank you to all our staff involved in providing this fantastic opportunity and to those children involved showing great commitment in rehearsals.

Today is the last day for voting in our Board of Trustees Elections and a new board will take office next Wednesday 14 September.
