Message from the Principal

Conrad Kelly —

E te whānau, tēnā koutou katoa,

A huge thank you to those of you who supported Staff Appreciation Day. It was wonderful to have lunch and morning tea provided, as well as have playground duty carried out by our parent/caregiver community. I know that all staff members certainly felt valued and appreciated. A huge thank you to the KNS PTA and their many helpers for your wonderful work on Friday. We are very fortunate at KNS to have such a strong bond between parents/caregivers and staff, although I see and hear of many examples of this each week, it is great to have a day which highlights this; Kotahi te hoe, ka ū te waka ki uta - Paddling in unison the waka will reach land.

This Friday marks the end of Term 3. Thank you all for your ongoing support and understanding as we have navigated another difficult year. It is great that we are starting get back to some sense of normality and getting back into larger events like this term’s Kapa Haka Festival, Inter-School Sport, Artsplash and Dancesplash.

As always if you need any support or have any questions, please contact one of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT):
