A group of Year 11 and 12 Engineering students went to Hamilton on May 29 to experience engineering as a profession.

The students were shown around the Polytech facilities and also had a site visit to NDA which is an engineering firm that specialises in stainless fabrication for the dairy industry. We saw milk tankers in various stages of manufacture as well as part of one of the milk driers seen in the picture.
