Crossfit

Juliet Dunlop-Fraser —

Young cross-fitter Jayden Double has just completed the 5 week International Open Crossfit Competition.

He achieved a 3rd place finish in New Zealand and 5th in Australasia. His aim was to finish in the top 200 in the world and his results meant he finished in 90th place. With nearly 2000 boys competing, it really was an immense feat and a great accomplishment.

Jayden will now move into the Regionals phase at the end of April where he will compete for 4 days against the other 199 boys his age fighting for a top 20 spot. If he manages a top 20 finish at Regionals, he moves onto the Crossfit games in Wisconsin USA.

Good luck Jayden!
