As you know, ARC helps improve the behaviour of all students at our school because we are very clear about what our expectations are and we teach and learn these expectations.

Modelling expected behaviour is a powerful way of demonstrating what ARC values look like and with this in mind, Year 12 and 13 students are being challenged to get caught in the act showing really good genuine examples of behaviour or actions which demonstrate our ARC values.

For each such behaviour demonstrated, the staff member who sees it will award a “ball ticket point”. On the Friday before the school Ball all students with points will go in the draw to win a Ball ticket for themselves and their partner (or a refund of their tickets if they have already purchased them). The more points they have, the greater their chance of winning.
