On Wednesday August 1, four junior netball teams, 7A, 7B, 8A & 8B, went across to play in the annual Whangamata Area Netball Tournament. They battled against schools from the surrounding Waihi area. The day was a huge success with 7A crowned champions of the Year 7 division and 7B runner up. 8A also took out the Year 8 division. Well done to the players, coaches, teachers and student umpires.
