Congratulations to Roelien Du Plessis who has had a fantastic Netball Season this year.

Roelien was involved in the Harbourside U17 Development Squad at the beginning of the year which involved many training sessions and fitness testing.

Roelien then was selected to play in the Harbourside U17 Representative Team which involved four tournaments in Auckland, Hamilton and Rotorua.

Roelien also was in the Level One Waikato/Bay of Plenty Development Squad which involved sessions with a nutritionist, sports psychologist and personal trainer as well as training sessions with the Magic’s Jo Harten, Grace Rasmussen, Kelly Jury, Malia Paseka, Kristiana Manu'a and Leana de Bruin.
