Welcome to our new Year 7 Cohort!

Wet weather did not dampen the big smiles, laughter and banter that came with the energy, enthusiasm, new uniforms and the few nerves that our new Year 7 cohort brought to their first day at Katikati College, as they were welcomed into the school by their Year 13 Peer Support Leaders.

Leaders ran team building activities that work to support the transition into our school, with a view to building encouraging, supportive Tuakana/Teina mentoring relationships into the year as they join in with their Year 7 classes on a regular basis.
