Virtual Career Expo

Gaylia Bundle —

We have been impacted by the cancellation and postponement of Career Expos/School Expos throughout New Zealand as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

These cancellations and postponements will result in a significant gap in information for secondary school students intending to move on to higher study in 2021 and those intent on researching their future study options. In order to address this vacuum, Media Design School in conjunction with Torrens University Australia, ran a Virtual Careers Expo on 18 and 19 June 2020, the first of its kind in New Zealand.

Students were encouraged to sign up and participate in this expo when they could.

Students once registered can log on and enter into a virtual ‘exhibition hall’ and can browse through the participating providers, visiting their virtual stands.

Explore- Wander through our virtual expo hall featuring top providers an institutions from across NZ

Discover- Visit the Webcast Hub to watch seminars and feature from exhibitors

Each provider will host a 20-minute webinar session, These are no longer live sessions but are now available to watch.

This initiative set up by Media Design School has been provided at no cost to the exhibiting education providers or prospective students.

Students can still register with the link below.
