Tail whip, buttercup, superman, inward, finger whip, tuck-no-hander, full whip, bar spin... sound like a different language?

This is the language of the scootering fraternity. Check them out on any fine day at the Katikati skate park.  A number of our students regularly spend time honing their skills, trying different tricks, swapping ideas - all with some 'beats' in the background .

Last weekend William Besley and Luka Money headed to Paeroa to compete in the Blue Light skate and scoot competition. Willam performed well in the open section, while Luka took out the 11-13 age group section. Well done guys. Next up is the Mad Gear Christmas ride day in Napier on December 14. Good luck, go hard!
