The school office will be open for new enrolments. This is for students who have not yet completed an enrolment form.

Friday 27 January

NCEA re-enrolment day for senior students who still need to finalise their timetable for the year. Senior Deans and Head of Faculty staff will be available from 9:00am – 2:00pm in the College Hall. The Senior Deans for 2017 are: Year 11 – Mr G Vallely; Year 12 – Mrs N Wynne; Year 13 – Ms K O’Sullivan.

Students will need to bring their NZQA Results Notice to this meeting so that any changes can be made based on their academic requirements.

Thursday 2 February

All Year 10, 11, 12 and 13 students are expected to attend school from 9:00am.

School will finish at 12 noon.

School buses will run as ‘double-up’ in the morning and then leave the College at 12:10pm. Students not travelling home on a school bus will need to make their own arrangements to be collected.

Friday 3 February

All Year 7, 8, and 9 students are expected to attend school from 8:30am.

Year 7 are to report to the College Hall at 8:30am and will finish at 3:05pm.

Years 8 & 9 are to report to Poutama and will finish at 12 noon.

Year 13 Peer Support Leaders need to be at school by 11:00am and will finish at 3:00pm.

Monday 6 February

Waitangi Day

Tuesday 7 February

All students at school, normal timetable (Day 1) will operate.

Wednesday 8 February

Year 13 will leave for camp at 8:30am

Stationery lists will be available to download from our website or from the College Office.

2017 will see a change in some bus routes – please check Moodle and the College website late January for details.
