Some College students will be admiring their handiwork in the Main Street shortly.

The 150 plus hanging baskets in our village are put up each year by the Lions, and until now have been planted out by Lions members. This year, however College students have carried out the planting. A team of Year 10 students who have enrolled in Horticulture in 2021 were joined by a class of enthusiastic Year 8s and several Lions members. The baskets will be hung up later this week with the vividly coloured impatiens flowers sure to brighten things up.
