As the term nears the end , Yr 9 Outdoor Education was fortunate to have St John come in and run a CPR Course as part of their Outdoor First Aid Unit.

The class was fully engaged and made the most of this amazing opportunity that has been implemented in schools around New Zealand.To finish up the term we will be heading to TECT Park, where students will be climbing and zip lining through the trees at Adrenalin Forest.
Over the two terms we have focused on Communication, Leadership, Risk, Environment/Conservation and Reflection and First Aid. It has been great to see students apply theory learnt to a practical situation.
