Term 3 had the Outdoor Ed team climbing up the Pinnacles for an over night trip where students were able to put into practice what they had learnt in class around map reading, trip planning and also walking as a group. They were then sent to Taupo to complete the high/low ropes course with Rockn Ropes. This is where students are able to complete a series of activities where they can challenge themselves by choice and really push themselves out of their comfort zone. A big thank you to Mr Johnson and Ross Tanner for coming along on these trips and also Rockn Ropes for always providing us with such a great opportunity.
