A recent stunning night of netball saw all six Katikati College secondary netball teams win their playoffs to move through to Finals Night on Friday 13th September.

Katikati Senior A took on Aquinas College in their semi for the Premier 2 competition and took the win 29-26. In the other matches, KKC Senior Green won their game over Te Puke Jnr A 31-25 to go into the final of Premier 6, Senior Gold won 28 -13 over TGC Senior Ruru in Reserve 3, Senior Black won 43-35 over Oruahine Te Wharekura o Mauao in Premier 5, with 9A beating Hukatai Te Wharekura o Mauao in Year 9 Section 1 36-31 and 9B winning 29-12 over ACG Junior 1 Year 9 Section 2.
