On Saturday November 10 a group of our Year 7 and 8 students attended the final local scrimmage of the year at ACG School Tauranga.

The event was very useful in preparing our two teams for Nationals in December as the matches were conducted under standard rules and scoring. It became evident that good communication with the alliance team and the ability to high hang the robot at the end of the scrimmage were critical to success. My thanks to the students and parents involved. Good luck to Pete Buckley, Jack Preston, Michael Kean and Brody Cooper who are heading to Palmerston North in December for the Nationals.
