Katikati College had eleven swimmers qualify at Thames Valley Champs to go through and swim in Hamilton against the best of the Waikato swimmers.

This was an exciting meet where some very talented swimmers were aiming for higher honours. Our students swam very well to be competitive in all their events. The best results were from junior boy Keaton White and senior boy Taine A'Bear-Horgan who both qualified for the final for their events. Most of the events were timed finals and everyone competed extremely well.
