Congratulations to Brooke Sinclair, one of our very talented art students, who has some of her artwork on show for our community. 

Brooke was invited by Katch Katikati to produce a mural with elements of 'kiwiana'.   Brooke choose to do a portrait of one of her fellow students Vivienne Gilhooly, with Tui birds and it is now placed along Kotahi Lane behind Sye Bakehouse.

Brooke spent many long hours (including a couple of 'all nighters!) over a period of 3 weeks to produce this masterpiece which has all been done with bristle brushes using Resene house paints.

Well done Brooke - we are very proud of you!
