A new principal for Katikati College was announced to staff and students today following Neil Harray’s resignation. College Board of Trustees Chairman, Peter McCormick, was pleased to announce the appointment of Carolyn Pentecost, who is currently Assistant Principal at Waikato Diocesan School for Girls in Hamilton.

Mr McCormick says, “Carolyn articulated a vision for the school that resonated with the Board and aligned with the priorities articulated by staff, students and community during consultation. She is the dynamic and courageous innovator that we need to lead us on the next part of our journey. The Board is very excited about working with Carolyn as she settles into her new role and sets about bringing our vision for Katikati College to life."
