Cole Jackson from 7/8 Aihe has been awarded the Graeme Dingle Foundation Excellence Award for Resilience.

He was chosen to speak, representing Kiwi Can, at the Bay of Plenty Excellence awards, where Cole's journey was shared with foundation members, sponsors, special guests, and of course, Sir Graeme Dingle himself. The Kiwi Can programme is involved with 94 schools in the Bay of Plenty and wider region. Cole was one of four intermediate students throughout the BOP who were nominated and received this prestigious Excellence Award for 2017.
