A large team of athletes represented Katikati College at the Thames Valley Secondary Schools Athletics Championships on Thursday 16 March at Waihi College.  

This event was the qualifier for the Waikato - Bay of Plenty Athletics Champs on Saturday 25 March and leads onto the North Island Champs to be held in Inglewood in April which some athletes will be hoping to attend.
