What a fantastic two days out on the water with the Senior Outdoor Education class.

They spent the first day on the water learning rescues and fine tuning their paddle techniques. Then they were able to enjoy the water park and have some fun sending each other into the air on the much loved Blob. Thank you to Jason Wilmshurst for being our parent help in this day. We hope you had a blast. On day two the students were out putting into practice their skills and tackled a sea kayaking journey from Waimarino to Sulphur Point, kayaking a total 8.5kms and then having lunch at Fergusson Park. We would like to thank the crew at Waimarino for yet another great experience and keeping us safe on the water.
