Last Friday the Pasifika group had a Fundraising Concert to raise funds for the expenses of their costumes and transport to Pasifika by Nature. It was a night of music, dance, and laughter.

That the concert was a huge success is because of the amazing community that we live in.

A big thank you to our community churches, Siasi Tonga Hou'eiki, Siasi Uesliana, our Tongan Kava groups, Vaofi e vamama'o, Falemaama o Petani, and the many teachers and community members who showed their support on Friday night.

We managed to raise $3750.00.

Special thanks to the Harry Maddox Jeweller Company for donating our Pasifika group $150.00 and to Gemini Matangi for her donation of $400.00.

We appreciate your support and it is because of people like you that our students get to experience these amazing opportunities.

Malo 'aupito to the Katikati Arts Junction, who are helping us to organise a movie night (for FREE). The proceeds will also go to our Pasifika Group.

What an amazing community that we live in!
