As part of the Health programme in Term 4 all Year 9 and 10 students will be completing a unit on ‘Sexuality, Relationships and Decision Making’.

Classes will be completing Hei Huarahi ‘The Sexuality Road’ unit. Hei Huarahi draws from across the three strands of the Health and Physical Education learning area in The New Zealand Curriculum, which are personal health and physical development, relationships with other people, and healthy communities and environments. This aims to encourage individual differences, diversity and encourage positive decision making and assertiveness skills.

If you do not want your son/daughter to attend these sessions please complete and return the newsletter they have been given to their Health teacher.
