Food Technology

A number of fantastic foodie activities are taking place at different levels.

The Level Two Hospitality students have been doing their Barista training in class this term as well as making cafe style sandwiches and have been delivering coffees around the school to staff, with smiles!! 

Our Level One Hospitality class ran a lunchtime cafe selling Eggs Benedict which was very well received. They are now working on a meat unit and learning the skill of cooking steaks. 

Our Year 9 Food Technology students have been playing with bread dough, and the results so far are awesome. Also in Food Technology, the Year 10s are working through developing their skills and knowledge, as well as planning something really exciting for next term, so watch this space.
