The return of Scholastics saw the Katikati College Surf Team compete at Whangamata and Waihi Beach.

Well done to Cameron Pooley and Keira Langley, for competing in their first round of heats.Qualifying was hard this year with the number of heats reduced to two. A drop in swell meant that there were some postponements. In the end, Kaden Littlejohn was selected to represent the Coromandel region in the Boys U16 team. This is Kadens second season competing in Scholastics - what an effort!
